Stress Prevention
The course
There is a difference between short-term stress, which makes you achieve more, and the long-term negative stress. However, it can be difficult to tell them apart, and with steadily increasing pressure of work, busyness is often mistaken for stress. This course teaches you the difference between stress and busyness and will enable you to be busy at the same time as you know and respect the stress signals of your body.
Goals
The course gives you knowledge about stress, and you learn how to know the difference between stress and busyness. At the same time you will receive a few simple tools for handling and preventing stress.
Contens
Among other things, the course will give you insight into:
- What is/isn’t stress?
- The difference between stress and busyness
- When is it ok to have stress?
- When is stress negative?
- Male and female stress
- To become aware of other people’s stress
You will receive simple tools for handling stress and learn techniques you can use to relax and release your stress.
The course alternates between presentations, exercises, group work and cases.

One-day course from 9 am to 4 pm with room for intervals and time for reflection.
