Assertive Communication

The course
The course teaches you to increase your personal impact and make yourself respected through equal, open and genuine communication. It will also enable you to maintain focus and keep control in situations, where you cooperate, resolve conflicts and make decisions.

  • To gain insight into others’ and own patterns of communication
  • To understand and gain insight into personal rights
  • To enable you to communicate clearly own needs and wishes

  • To understand the use of defense mechanisms

  • To gain insight into the use of body language as a communication tool

Contens
The course alternates between theoretical approaches, many cases and exercises in which the participants are allowed to practice from their own experiences and problems.

Target group
Anyone who wishes to enhance his personal impact by becoming better at saying "no", setting limits, handling defeat and maintaining focus and keeping control in situations, where you cooperate, resolve conflicts and make decisions.

Course duration
A two-day intensive course from 9 am to 4 pm.
